How I lost 70 Pounds

I personally lost 70 pounds by following a whole foods plant-based diet for several months while exercising a lot everyday. I did not stay on this diet long-term though basically because I was noticing some signs of nutritional deficiencies. However, if you are trying to lose weight, my personal recommendation is to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and cut out all cane sugar and try to monitor intake of oily foods. Fruits and vegetables are filled with fiber so you eat less calories and stay fuller. Oils like olive oil are so calorie dense that it can be easy consume a large amount of calories from that alone, if you are not careful. There are a lot of whole foods plant-based recipes online if you are interested in incorporating more of this into your lifestyle. Some diets work well for different people, so if you do try this out and it doesn’t do well for you, well you can always try something else!
