Cover FX Glitter Drops Review

I personally must say I am ambivalent about this product. There are currently three shades to the glitter drops collection, and I received a sample in the color “Mirage,” which the describe as a “gold champagne.” The first thing I noticed was that it was difficult to blend out evenly. I have tried multiple ways of blending this out, including dabbing it with my finger, using a brush, and using a beauty blender. It was very hard for me to get the product to blend out evenly. The second thing I noticed was that it amplified the texture on my nose. The third thing is that it was hard to blend into the surrounding foundation so it just really stood out on the face. However, if you get the product to work for you, I would have to say it is really pretty. I would recommend putting the highlighter on first and then your blush and bronzer after because it will cover up your brush and bronzer completely. I would also probably not use this with a matte foundation because it will stand out so much. I think this would look really nice with a dewy, full coverage look. Finally, I don’t think it would be the best for older women or for someone to wear to work just because this makeup is so dramatic. So overall, I don’t think I would buy this product, especially since I had such a hard time blending it out.

Is Clarisonic Worth the Money?

Absolutely! The Clarisonic Mia is a brush used for sonic facial cleansing that removes dirt, oil, promotes circulation, and cleans pores effectively. For me personally, I use the Clarisonic brush twice a day with my favorite facial cleansers and my skin feels much smoother, and I rarely ever have breakouts. You can even buy different types of brush heads if you like. For example, you can get a body brush head and a brush head to also do your foundation with if you would like, which I am personally interested in trying out eventually. I personally had a positive experience with this product, and I believe it is much cheaper than getting facials regularly, so if you think of it that way, you may be saving money by buying this product instead. The price for the Clarisonic Mia is about $125.00.

Peter Thomas Roth Irish Moor Mud Purifying Black Mask Review

As per the Peter Thomas Roth website, this face mask is a “purifying, decongesting, and hydrating” mask that “helps draw out dirt, oil, and grime as it infuses skin with moisture, vitamins, and minerals…” I have tried a lot of face masks, and I think so far this one is my favorite. Both my husband and I have used it regularly for the past year and we still have some product left over. After using this mask, my skin always feels, cleaner, brighter, and more hydrated. I personally believe that this product has helped to make my pores look less visible as well, and that it helped diminish my acne. The price is $58.00, but in my opinion it is worth the money.
