The company describes this foundation as having a satin finish, but I have seen a lot of other reviewers that claim it is more on the matte side. I, however, personally see that my skin has more of a glow when using this product. It is recommended for people with dry to normal skin. The company also states that this foundation has certain properties to help moisturize, even out skin tone, and brighten the skin.
I would definitely not recommend this for people who want full coverage foundation, and maybe it is not best for people who truly want sheer foundation either as it does give a fair amount of coverage but just not full coverage. The range is 20 shades, and the price is $47.00 for 1 ounce of product. One major drawback is that the product does not come with a pump. It is a very liquidy foundation, so it is easy to blend. So overall this is not the best foundation I have tried, but it is a fairly good foundation.
If you suffer from dry and brittle hair, it is best to avoid hair products with alcohol, silicone, and sulfate as this can make your hair even drier and damage it further. Look instead for hair products with hydrating ingredients such as coconut oil, , shea butter, and argan oil.
Avoid overwashing your hair because this will strip your hair of its natural oils. When you do wash your hair, concentrate the shampoo in your scalp area and make sure to use conditioner near the ends of your hair since this tends to be the area that needs conditioner the most.
When using hair styling tools, it is best to use a heat protecting spray that will protect your hair from damage. You can also try using hair styling tools on medium to low heat. Trim your hair every few months to get rid of split ends that only get worse with time. Finally, using a good hair mask regularly will add moisture and help repair your hair.
This is one of my top go-to eyeshadow palettes. I think that it is suitable for all ages because of the colors. It is really easy to make an eyeshadow look with this palette unlike many other palettes, and the eyeshadow shades really compliment each other and are perfect for developing dimension. There are ten eyeshadows, four of them are matte and six are shimmer. I usually use a damp eyeshadow brush to apply the shimmer shades and it looks really nice. I don’t think I would recommend the eyeshadow primer that comes with it though. Overall, if I could only live with a few eyeshadow palettes; this would be one of them.
This is definitely a full coverage foundation and it is more on the matte side. The price is $40.00 for one ounce, but I would say a little goes a long way with this product. I really like how it is full coverage, but there are two major drawbacks. One is that it oxidizes a little, and I found this no matter what primer I used. A lot of other people have said the same thing. So you might want to consider getting a shade or two lighter than what you would normally get if you buy this. The other is that it enhanced my pores and skin texture, which I really did not like. It overall was nice looking from a distance, but close up it looked really cakey. It took me forever to fix this.
If you wear this foundation and you have dry skin, I would definitely recommend using a lot of face moisturizer before using this. I think overall, this product would be better for people with normal to oily skin because it is matte and a bit drying. Since it is such a hassle to use, I will likely not repurchase this product again, especially for the price that it is.
There are only five shades to this concealer line, so that is a pretty big drawback. I only like to use this concealer as an undereye concealer because there seems to be a little bit of a pink undertone, and it just seemed to cover up dark circles really well for me. In fact, this is the best thing I have used so far to cover up my dark circles. Then I apply my regular go-to concealer on top as a highlighter.
I don’t think that this concealer is meant to be used to highlight because emphasis was put on reducing the look of fine lines and wrinkles and brightening the undereye area. I don’t really have any wrinkles or fine lines, so I cannot really say if it works well for that.
Overall, I would probably buy this again, unless I find something better to cover and brighten my undereye area. If you do not have an issue with wrinkles, fine lines, or dark circles, then I definitely think it is not worth buying. On the internet, there are a lot of people that really like this product and a lot of people that really don’t seem to like it either. So I think that maybe it would be best to sample it before buying if you are interested. The price is $20.00.
