The cheapest anti-aging products in my opinion are spices. I incorporate them into my food everyday because they are so high in antioxidants which delay cell damage, and contain minimal amounts of calories. Pretty much all spices are great to incorporate in your life, but cloves seem to be the highest in antioxidants. Berries, especially blueberries and goji berries are also very high in antioxidants. So much of beauty comes from diet and exercise, far more than cosmetics in my opinion.
